By participating in the ZERO-DC "Free Night Out Camp" promotion (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. The Program is operated by ZERO-DC ("ZERO-DC," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Program Eligibility

• The Program is open to all individuals who make a qualifying purchase at a ZERO-DC retail store at Trivandrum

• Participation is free and automatic upon a qualifying purchase.

• By participating, you confirm that you are a legal resident of India and are at least 18 years of age.

• Employees of ZERO-DC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Earning Points

• Participants will earn one (1) point for every ₹100 spent on eligible merchandise. Points are calculated based on the final, paid amount of the transaction, excluding any taxes, shipping fees, or discounts.

• Points are automatically credited to your account upon the completion of a purchase. To ensure points are credited, you must provide your contact details (name and mobile number) at the time of the purchase.

• Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards. Purchases made with a gift card are eligible to earn points.

• ZERO-DC reserves the right to adjust the point-earning rate, at its sole discretion, with prior notice.

3. Point Expiration and Redemption

• Points accumulated under this Program have a validity period of one (1) year from the date they are earned. Points that are not redeemed within this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

• To redeem the "Free Night Out Camp" reward, a participant must accumulate a total of 250 points.

• Once 250 points have been collected, a ZERO-DC representative will contact the participant using the provided contact details to initiate the redemption process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

• Points can only be redeemed for the specified "Free Night Out Camp" reward and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.

4. "Free Night Out Camp" Reward Details

• The reward includes a single night of camping for two (2) people in one of the following locations: Vagamon, Munnar, or Wayanad in Kerala. The choice of location is subject to availability.

• The reward package includes:

  • Accommodation in a standard tent for one night.

  • A complimentary dinner for two.

  • All necessary camping equipment, including a tent, sleeping bags, and basic lighting.

• Transportation to and from the campsite, and any other meals or activities not explicitly mentioned above, are not included and are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• All camping trips are arranged and managed by a third-party partner ("Camping Partner"). The services provided are subject to the Camping Partner's own terms and conditions, which you will be required to accept prior to booking.

5. Booking, Restrictions & Blackout Dates

• The "Free Night Out Camp" reward is subject to availability with the Camping Partner.

• Blackout dates, including major holidays, festival periods, and peak tourist seasons, may apply. These dates are determined by the Camping Partner and will be communicated to the participant at the time of booking.

• The reward must be redeemed and the trip booked within six (6) months of the date of point redemption.

• Once a booking is confirmed, changes or cancellations are subject to the Camping Partner's policy. ZERO-DC is not responsible for any fees or forfeitures resulting from a participant's change or cancellation.

6. Privacy and Data Sharing

• By participating in the Program, you consent to ZERO-DC collecting and storing your personal contact information (name and mobile number) for the purpose of administering the Program and contacting you regarding your reward.

• You acknowledge and agree that, for the sole purpose of arranging your "Free Night Out Camp" reward, ZERO-DC will share your contact details with the Camping Partner. This is a necessary step to facilitate the booking of your trip.

• The Camping Partner is obligated to handle your information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. ZERO-DC is not responsible for the Camping Partner's use or handling of your data beyond the initial sharing for the purpose of this promotion.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• Participation in the "Free Night Out Camp" is at your own risk. ZERO-DC is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur during the camping trip, including but not limited to, incidents caused by negligence, natural events, or the actions of the Camping Partner or other third parties.

• ZERO-DC provides the reward "as is" and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the camping services, including but not limited to, the safety, quality, or suitability of the experience.

• The decision of ZERO-DC on all matters related to the Program, including the eligibility of participants, point allocation, and reward redemption, is final and binding.

• ZERO-DC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.

• The Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum where ZERO-DC is located.
